Building & Room Usage Request
Thank you for your interest in using our building. We are glad to support activities that align with our mission and values and serve the wider community. Please complete this form to request use of our facilities. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed and must be formally approved before space may be reserved or used. Requests are evaluated based on space availability, staffing needs, alignment with our mission, and existing Community Center activities.
You will receive a response within three (3) business days of submitting your request. If approved, you will be contacted with next steps, including any usage fees, policies, or agreements. No publicity, scheduling, or use of the building should occur until approval has been confirmed in writing.
